The staff had a nice attitude, did not push any sales, and the car was a brand-new vehicle with only 3330 kilometers and no damage.

Was surprised that I had to pay an additional $200 for insurance from euro car as thought all had been paid up front Checking in took far too long - the lady was very friendly but somehow the booking disappeared and she had to redo it

as above - better understanding of other costs likely to be incurred

Car return at terminal 3 and 4, the key drop off inside the building, a little bit hard to find, no sign board show where is the key drop off point. I asked around.

Like: The staffs are friendly and really helpful. The one who entertain me during the pick up explained everything that I need to know really precise in her own way. The car is really comfortable and in a very god condition.
Dislike: Takes quite some time for the staff to fill up my details during the pick up. It will be easier if I could fill my details like passport number and everything during the booking. So that, the staff just need to double check the details.
