The location was easy to find, the service was great, and the car performed well. Charging an electric vehicle in Australia is very convenient, with many free slow charging stations available.

The company staff are very friendly and patient. They provided airport shuttle service and gave us a map along with some sightseeing suggestions. The vehicle was spacious, an 8-seater, perfect for our group of 6 adults and a baby. The baby seat was installed in the middle with an adult on each side; it wasn't cramped at all. The trunk is very large, fitting 3 large suitcases and 2 small ones. The car was in great condition, having only 75,000 kilometers on it, practically a new car. My family was very satisfied.

The serviceman at the counter insisted I needed an international drivers license even when it specifically said on East Coasts website that I didn’t. Only after showing him this of their own (!) website did he grudgingly agree.
