Slow manager, great people at desk

The only comment we have is that we waited a very long time for the pick up. But it was the 1th of January so on the other hand understandable. They might have had more counters open. That would have been quicker. But the guy Faisal I think his name was, was super helpful and friendly.

All good. I wills definitely use Qeek again. Also price wise very good. Via qeek cheaper than directly!!

Car rental services in the US are highly developed. We originally booked a 7-seater van online, but upon arriving at the Los Angeles branch, we found the trunk was a bit small. They allowed us to choose an 8-seater GMC with a bigger trunk and more space. They only charged us an additional insurance fee of around $150, and upgraded our vehicle for free. During the rental period, we had a few issues: a scratch, a flat tire, and a broken window from a thief. Each time, we called the rental company and they directed us to the nearest service point to replace the car for free, without any hassle. If this were in our home country, it would have been a much more troublesome experience. The service attitude was also excellent. Overall, this international car rental experience was very satisfactory.

Very convenient. As soon as you exit the airport, you can see the shuttle bus going to the car rental company. The driver is very friendly and actively helps with the luggage. At the rental company, everything is done through automated kiosks, which is fast and convenient. You can go directly to pick up the car, very impressive.

Very efficient and no pushy sales. They only suggested a bigger car after I mentioned we had many people and luggage. We rented a larger Buick Enclave, the extra cost was reasonable, and the car was nearly new and very comfortable to drive.

The service was satisfactory, nothing particularly unsatisfactory.
