Never again.

Counter stuff was very helpfull. They didn't make any problem with car extension.

I had to make a creditcard deposit of 700 euro’s if there would be damage, ik had to get it Bach afterwards bij easyrentcars, but would cost me 150 euro administration costs (for europcars) dat could not be refounded. Luckey nothing happend....

The car was covered in damage. It had issues with the timing belt and tire pressure. I returned the vehicle the next day and they replaced it with another car which felt a lot safer to drive. There was a lot of damage on this car also

The car was not what we had booked. Although a bigger model the car was not in good mechanical condition and struggled with the hills in Crete. When we collected the car it had almost no petrol and we had to find a petrol station within a couple of miles of the airport. This was not what we were expecting as we'd been told it was a full-to-full fuel policy.

We were 'strongly' advised to take out extra insurance. It started out at 140 euros on top of our rental charge, however after haggling we got it down to 105 euros - providing we paid in cash!!! Beware and be prepared.
