“Good vehicle easily located, shame about the experience at the collection desk”

The staff member was rude and tried to scam me. I had already purchased excess insurance but she was very reluctant to release the car even though I agreed to the £1400.00 held on my credit card. Luckily I was prepared but I imagine many people are so keen to get on holiday that they fall for this.
