It was my first time renting a car at the airport. I had booked a 2020 Proton model, but the actual car I received seemed to be from around 2010 and was extremely old. After just one day of driving, various problems arose, including issues with the clutch, abnormal engine noises, and two missing wheel bolts from the front tires. I contacted the rental company immediately and drove the car to their office in Kuala Lumpur city. They replaced it with another Proton, which seemed to be from around 2010 as well. After another day, the car's engine hood started emitting smoke on the highway, and the air conditioning stopped working. I urgently contacted the rental company again from the highway. They stated there were no spare cars available that day and asked me to return to their city office the next day to swap cars. On the third attempt, I was finally given a fully functional car.

Request for full tank and received only half tank. Need to wait 30 minute and ask them to full the tank

Easy & trusteed

No staff at the counter when drop off so had to call the number printed on the Form and waited about 10 minutes before the staff turned up. When we pick up the car we were told that the staff will be at the counter when we drop off. The car's suspension is bad so we felt all the road bumps and it makes squeeky noises. Will not recommend this rental company.

Like: Nice staff, fast pickup and drop off. Proton is very cheap car, but it's ok if you just need to drive around for a few days.
Dislike: It was "2" in the pickup point address that confused me. Actually it's in Terminal 1, not 2 as I expecteed.
