Really good experience overall. Picking up and dropping off the car was super easy and efficient — at dropoff I just parked, they scanned the car and I was done. About three hours before returning the car I asked to change the dropoff location within the same city, and they accommodated it, which saved me a lot of hassle and extra driving. No upselling, no pressure for extra insurance or anything like that.
