Very Smooth!

The vehicle was in good condition and fairly new.

When I arrived to pick up the car, I was told there were no cars available. The wait time was very long, around 4 hours.

I got rear-ended while in Rhode Island, but since I had full insurance when I rented the car, it was very convenient. I really liked the color of the car I rented this time. The 7-seater had a lot of storage space. The only downside was the low efficiency of the Americans – I had to wait in line for an hour to rent the car, but exchanging the car was quick.

The initial booking was great and everything went fairly smoothly. The only downside was having to wait to collect the car. It was an hour and more. The place was busy. After collection everything was fine.

Still a great way to get a rental car. Many thanks.

counter had only 1 staffer and there were 8 people in line.It took over 1 hr to get the rental.The staffer was efficient.we had 1 older international gentleman in line who took 25 minutes.We also had 2 people in front of us who had never rented.The staffer said that the computers were running very slowly
