Very polite staff at the counter. Pick up guy was friendly as well. Overall, pick up and drop off process of vehicle was very easy and smooth. Staff made it easy for us and explanation was clear as well.

“Wrong hours provided - left us in a pinch”

Decent customer service at pick-up. We were told we could drop off the vehicle that Monday (Queen's birthday) between the hours of 8am and 6pm. When we arrived, after driving across town, the entire building was closed, dark, and locked, leaving us in quite the predicament. We would have appreciated being told that there were holiday hours in place.

“Easy rental experience, all co-ordinated by great friendly staff”

The total experience from EZU was great. However, the staff may need some additional training on understanding the policy wording document. When asked if there were any restrictions on where I couldn't drive, (eg, on unsealed roads) it was clear the staff member did not know about not driving on unsealed roads until I had read the contract & questioned him about it. In the event of an accident, I believe I would've been held culpable if I had signed the contract without knowing the above. Overall I would refer my friends & colleagues to EZU, great experience. “Very Easy to use”

Overall experience of EZU was fantastic. Pick up service was great. Drop off service could have been better. Driver didn't even get out of his car to open the door or even help with unloading bags at the airport BUT i would still use them as overall great service and value for money.
