La voiture était de bonne qualité, cependant on vous laisse avec des pneus sous-gonflés (le voyant s'allume donc peu de temps après) et dans la réserve au niveau de l'essence. Nous avons eu du mal à trouver le lieu de récupération de la voiture, sachant que c'était une navette qui nous emmenait au lieu réel de récupération (6-7 min de route). Nous avons mis une heure et demie ensuite au guichet pour finaliser les démarches (problèmes de communication, caution ÉNORME de 1875 euros pour le véhicule qui nous a fait dépasser notre plafond bancaire et donc ne faisait pas fonctionner la carte !). Déçus.

Le site a parfaitement fonctionné pour la réservation du véhicule, les prix sont très abordables, aucune difficulté dans mes démarches. Je recommande.

About SURPRICE RENT A CAR: 9.0 /10
I noted there were bad comments on FB page about Surprice rent a car but I can honestly say none of them rang true in my experience with them. Counter staff polite friendly and did not push more insurance. The man who check vehicle when we returned was also polite and it was very quick. Would use them again as I think i saved approx €300!!

“Easy and super affordable”

The shuttle came right as we were getting to the pick up location and it was a short drive and easy check in process. We added a day last minute and then didn’t need it but still had to pay (understandable but wish they would have made that clear when we added on). Return was quick and easy as well.

Really affordable online reservation system, a third of what it would’ve cost otherwise.

Il a fallu attendre aller-retour de la navette, suite aux nombres de réservations ( 2 voitures avec 7 personnes, puis 3 voitures avec 8 ou 9 personnes).

Well, first of all they never answered the phone when we tried to call to inform them that our flight had been changed and that we would arrive earlier. So when we actually arrived, they were not quite happy. Still, we got the car. But then, they asked for a credit card, which we had, but didnt want OUR credit cards so they made us pay an insurance to cover the "risk" of not having a credit card. Anyways, the car was fine and we were pretty satisfied with it. Just the employees were a bit off.

est ce que la toyota aygo est vraiment l’équivalent d'une fiat 500 L??? Une plus grande transparence sur d'éventuels frais qui pourraient êtres engendrés par un retour hors des horaires d'ouvertures du bureau.........
