Very quick on pickup plus had a vehicle upgrade as a bonus.

The car had invalid printed insurance. When I called Routes, they emailed me an invalid digital copy. I had to scrap my plans that day, took photos of the invalid insurance.

Worked fine.

Overall, Routes gave us a good service. We arrived an hour early for the pick up time but they were able to pick us up at the airport. The car was a little dirty but it did not ruin the experience for us.

It is a good deal. Having an good insurance coverage that came along with the rental is a big relief. We did not have to worry of additional fees on top of the vehicule rental.

Friendlier customer service representatives would be nice at the front office.

Although we booked Honda Civic but we've got KIA Soul but the car is really new, about 1xxx KM. Drop Off is so fast but on pick up, we need to wait for car cleaning like half an hour since I thought it has just returned to Routes. Also waiting to be picked up at the airport is quite long.

Our car was broken in by breaking of a rear passenger window. Routes replacement and repair charge was ridiculous. Over $200 from estimates Plus they charged an administration fee of$50 apparently to fill out paperwork. Our insurance would not pay for the down time days or admin fees. Their “extra” insurance offered had a $1000 deductible. So nothing was covered. The extra fees after already being stolen from by the break in left a very bad feeling.
