It was an excellent car but on pick up, there were scratches on all panels that were not picked up or marked on the collection sheet and the fuel was only 7/8s full so we wasted about 30-45 minutes going through to the garage to wait for our turn to be served to have all the scratches and marks indicated and then the fuel topped up

Due to the pandemic, we were given a hard time by other rental companies in Paris, but Hertz was very friendly and rented a car to us. To show my gratitude, I upgraded the vehicle. However, due to changes in our return schedule, we needed to switch to a different drop-off location and exchange the car earlier. Firstly, contacting their customer service by phone was very difficult. Secondly, there were errors in the final bill. Nevertheless, after communicating with QEEQ customer service, the extra charges were refunded.

Hertz took an unexplained payment of £59:86 from my credit card despite the fact that I returned the car with a full tank of fuel and in perfect condition. I already had excess insurance cover and so declined this when I picked up the car.

QEEQ did not advise me that I would be charged an additional amount by Hertz so the very competitive price they offered would appear to be a con.
