They initially tried to upsell the insurance, but once we insisted we already had full coverage, the car pickup went smoothly. The process of picking up and returning the car was very efficient and quick, which is highly recommended. There was only one issue, possibly due to a communication error. They charged us for a full tank of gas without our knowledge (we didn't sign anything and the invoice showed that nothing was owed, but we found a charge on our credit card and planned to inquire about it during the car return). Since we didn't know about the gas charge, we returned the car with a full tank. Upon return, we were informed that we could have returned the car with an empty tank because we had already paid for the gas. We explained that we hadn't made such a purchase, and after checking the records, they agreed to issue a refund. We are currently waiting for the refund. If the refund goes through smoothly, there are no other issues. Overall, the experience was very good, but if there are any issues with the refund, we hope QEEQ can help coordinate.

The location is convenient, right inside Orlando Airport. However, I was sold a $44 insurance product because the domestic insurance would require claiming after returning to the home country and the Alamo staff mentioned a deductible amount. To avoid any hassle, I bought the additional insurance. I recommend clearly stating this information in prominent locations in the future. Additionally, the $24 deposit refund was processed slowly.
