Convenient and quick car rental and return

The rental location is right near the airport, less than a five-minute walk. We went the wrong way and wasted a bit of time, but luckily it was late, so there weren’t many people, and there was no need to queue. When picking up the car, the domestic rental company repeatedly reminded us to check if the American company added insurance. I specifically checked, and the company was very straightforward. They saw I had bought insurance domestically and did not try to sell any additional insurance. Returning the car was also convenient. We returned it at a different location, and it was hassle-free—just needed a receipt from the rental office. Fortunately, we kept ours. Moreover, this company didn’t require a deposit. The previous company required a $100 deposit to cover potential violations or damages. Maybe it was because we had comprehensive insurance this time. They mentioned that even minor scrapes would be handled by the insurance company, so there's no need to worry at all.

This is my second time renting from Alamo. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient, the vehicle was in good condition, and the trip was very enjoyable.

The staff were very enthusiastic. The clerk recommended collision damage insurance for $15 a day. Considering it was my first trip, I decided to buy it. Changing cars was very convenient. At the car rental center next to the Las Vegas airport, I found the Alamo area. I drove in, the staff checked the car's exterior, scanned the barcode, and the additional insurance fee was charged.

The rental counter is right in the Bozeman airport exit hall, very convenient. The parking lot is near the exit. However, there is no return point at Jackson Hole airport; you need to go back to the city to return the car. I hope this can be improved, but overall it was still pretty good.
