Easy and good experience

Very satisfied, although the vehicle is relatively old.

New regulations in Phuket: White paper translations are not recognized. Due to the high number of tourist accidents, there are random checks on foreigners. If you only have a white paper translation and a domestic driver's license, but no international driver's license, you may be fined 3,000–5,000 baht. We only learned about this after arriving at Phuket Airport.

This is my second time renting a car through QEEQ from this company. It's very convenient. Even though I returned the car an hour late due to refueling, they didn't say anything!

Return process was quick, but finding the location was difficult.

Good condition of the car. But disappointed with the power of the car, as you should bring in 3 liter turbo diesel, instead of 2.5litre diesel. But still acceptable power with full load of the car, 4 adult and 4 children with 3 big luggage and a big backpack.
