　我々の人数と荷物のボリュームを見た出発店のスタッフの勧めで、エスカレードへ割安に有償グレードアップを紹介してくれました。 ４年ほど所有していたので乗りなれていましたが、予約サイトでは２倍位のレンタル料金の差が有り諦めていました。 　実際に予約車輛では空港からホテルまではスーツケースを抱いての乗車覚悟したので助かりました。 また、エスカレードのナビはスマホのグーグルと連動可能なので日本語ナビは不要となり、結果、トータルのレンタル料は差額が１日１０ドル程でお得にラッキーでした。

満足コースでしたが、肝心の対人対物保険に加入していませんでした、ロードサービスや搭乗者保険よりも重要なので当初より必ず含むべきです。

“全てにおいて満足でした。”

営業所に着いてから15分ほど待ちました。 タッチパネルでの受付機が4台ほどありましたが誰も使ってませんでした。 予約していたらマシンでもスムーズに出来そうなので次回からは機械でしたいと思います。（日本語対応なので） カウンターはアップグレードや保険やガソリン買い取り式やナビなどひと通りセールスはありましたが断ればそれ以上強く勧めて来ることも無いです。一応言えと会社の方針で言われているのでしょう。 なので返却時の確認スタッフに渡されたレシートには余分の請求は＄０．００になってました。 予約時に表示されている金額のみの請求でした。

“Okay, but not the car we reserved”

Like: “Free” upgrade from a 4 door to 2 door which was nice in some ways.
Dislike: Couldn’t fit all our bags in the trunk, and it was hard getting a large bag on the back sert of the 2 door car.
