Great experience rent a car from Routes

Very convenient with the shuttle that picked us up at the airport

Good price and easy booking

Nice, friendly Canadians at the YYC location. Pickup time is closer to 10 minutes than 30.

Price drop saved us some money. I was told that I may not see it until 2 weeks after the drop off date.

Although we booked Honda Civic but we've got KIA Soul but the car is really new, about 1xxx KM. Drop Off is so fast but on pick up, we need to wait for car cleaning like half an hour since I thought it has just returned to Routes. Also waiting to be picked up at the airport is quite long.

Like: They didn’t have any Kia Rio’s available when I picked up, so was upgraded to an SUV which I was very happy about! The Jeep was in excellent condition with low mileage. Quick and friendly service. I ended up needing an extra day plus had to add another driver for that day, and this was done with no problem at all. No issues on returning the vehicle at all, as in they didn’t try to rip you off. I will definitely rent from them again next time I’m in Calgary.
Dislike: We had trouble finding the address. Probably because we were not paying as much attention as we should have! We put the unit # in Google maps instead of the correct address. Also I was looking for Easy Rent Cars which now I’m assuming is a 3rd party Next time I’ll know.
