Everything was easy - just as it should be

I would easily go through Apex again, I had no issues at all. Very simple process, great staff.

At first I thought it was a scam, but it was completely legit with great information provided

Issues with phone and internet on pick up day. Mix up due to lack of internet that Was difficult to add excess reduction fee. Rented again later in week, booked directly nil issues.

The service was very good and efficient. The car had a few bumps and marks which made me a little anxious that they could be blamed on us.

Couldn't have had a better experience. The staff were lovely, the car was perfect and the price was excellent. I was there during a very difficult time (death of my Mother) and I was treated with such calm respect. I'm a firm fan of Apex now, and will hire from them for all future needs.
