This is a very cost-effective rental company, so there might be a line at the rental counter. However, the return process is very quick. At Miami Airport, car returns are available 24 hours. Just hand the keys to the staff, they perform a basic check, and you're done in 10 minutes.

“Horrible! The 6 hour wait to get my vehicle was just too much.”

It took me 6 hours to get rental vehicle. The car was clean but it had vibration issues. No spare tire was present and tires on the vehicle were not run flats. Scary situation since I am from out of the state.
