May be technically it is similar cars but when you booked Volvo xc60 “or similar” and get Citroen in the condition of dying old donkey it might be little bit disappointing.

Not bad. I didn't buy insurance in China, thinking it would be better to buy it locally. But the staff on site said that this is a 4*4 high-end model, and it cannot be covered by full insurance. This means that if the car has a major issue, we would have to pay 6000 euros.

Although the wait time was about 20 minutes, the staff offered us a bottle of mineral water and actively coordinated to open more service windows, so we were satisfied.

The service was excellent, and the staff spoke fluent English.

There was a line at pick up, it was well organized with the take-a-number system but still took about 30 minutes.

It was easy to book the rental and everything was ready when we arrived, very well done.
