Nous avons peiné à trouver le comptoir, apres 8h de vol, ce n'est pas agréable de courir dans l'aéroport. cependant nous avons été très bien reçu et une voiture en lien avec nos besoins nous a été confiée. Un seul point au sous-sol ou une meilleure signalétique pour indiquer l'emplacement du comptoir serait bénéfique.

Plateforme ok et plutôt Claire à comprendre mais cela ne remplace pas le contact humain car nous avons bénéficié d'un autre type de véhicule plus adapté à notre séjour.

The problem about Europcar at Marseiille Station is the straff forgot to give me the parking ticket code. So i can not exit the car park. my friend need to run to the counter to ask about the parking code. And the problem about drop off Nimes Station is the Location is not clear. It's only show "Nimes downtown 1 RUE SAINT FELICITE" So i think it's outside the station but actually it's inside Nimes Station -2 Level. Hard to find. But i got Upgrade Car. Big Space. I'm happy

Dislike: Time spent on picking up. Car had some fits and starts when driving with AC on. Suspect due to the running in although I was told there was no longer any.
