A very good experience.

The service was excellent, both pickup and drop-off were very quick. Unlike other platforms, the same model here has unlimited mileage, making the experience outstanding.

Very flexible with car choice. An issue with the wheel, although resolved very swiftly and excellent follow up afterwards.

Overall a great experience with both easyrentcars and enterprise except one small hitch that I was given a compact SuV instead of a standard one. But according to enterprise classification they were both the same category cars and it worked for me so didn't worry about it. Overall enterprise staff was extremely helpful and courteous

Dislike: Can't complain - oh yes it would have been nice to be given the wifi password that the car seemed to have

Like: I rented a Nissan for three days & midst a small heatwave wound up delighted. Air conditioner worked GREAT. The car's brakes were perfect; the smaller steering wheel was a delight. I turned down a black car & got lovely blue.
Dislike: The thought of driving a black car in any hot weather seems a nightmare.
