I would definitely use the service again!

The rental process on Routes is different from all other companies I used until today. They ask for the Insurance contract and don't have one to offer. The line on the pickup and return was big and all because of this strange requirements that delays the process and irritate costumers. I could get the car with my Brazilian license, but my friend couldn't with his license from El Salvador... We didn't understand the policy for rental, it just doesn't make any sense.

Not enough staff to serve the guest. I wait more than half hour to get my car even though that day is not a busy day. no long line up. Also the condition is change if you are BC resident. (mileage limitation : 300km)

Waited 30 minutes for shuttle. Arrive at location. Waited another hour. I took over 20 minutes per customer to pick up a car. Only 2 check in people. Book specifically a Wrangler Jeep. Given a boring Durango SUV. Car was very dirty on outside. I had to wait a further 15 to get it washed. Took over 2 hours from waiting for shuttle to driving off with car. Tank was completely empty. Light flashing and needle below E sign. Would not recommend Routes and question Easy Car for being associated with this company.
