The price drop platform worked well. Great car for a great price!

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

The mileage and gas usage of the car was awesome. It was not what I expected but definitely a perk. The person who originally helped me did a good job. The person who helped me upon return was unprofessional and sort of rude.

Routes is rather remote from the airport, apart from the rental center where other vendors are. They are a bare bones operation and the first rental company I've encountered that required my insurance policy number in order to rent the car. Service at the counter was incredibly substandard compared to competitors. Fortunately, the car was in ok condition and I didn't run into any problems.

The process to pick it up was terrible nobody new anything I had to call several times, then coming back they told me 15 minutes for a shuttle I way 45 minutes plus.
