“I was incredibly unhappy that I did not get the economy car I had rented and instead got an SUV.”

I wanted the car I rented, an economy car. I did not want an SUV. I doubt that I would rent from Routes again. Although I rented for a reasonable price, the add ons for insurance, some of which I did not really need, I found very irritating.

“Saved a lot of money by going just a little out of the way”

Overall experience exceeded my expectations. Only issue was the ~40 minute wait for the shuttle bus from the car rental center at O’Hare. Returning the care was very quick and easy thanks to a guy not working behind the counter, otherwise I would have been waiting in line for probably 20-30 minutes.
