Great car no problems

You can complete the procedures right inside the Salt Lake City Airport, making it very convenient to pick up the car! The service attitude is very friendly, there is no forced insurance sales as rumored.

The staff was very nice and gave me a Chevrolet Traverse as a free upgrade. Alamo has been great in the past few rentals, their people are super friendly. The car was powerful and fuel-efficient, making our tour around Salt Lake City, Yellowstone, and Cody quite enjoyable.

The store is located inside the airport terminal, and car pickup is in the airport parking lot. Very convenient.

In Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles airports, I got cars that had only driven 2000, 3000, or 5000 miles.

There weren't many people in the store, so there was no queue. The service from the staff was quite standard. They asked if I wanted to buy additional insurance, and after I answered 'No,' they didn't press further. The car was the same model as the one I reserved, not very new but well-maintained, and it performed well throughout the trip. The whole process was very smooth.
