I would absolutely not recommend them. They charged me charges they didn’t say I would it was way more expensive than list price they basically con you into upsells. The agreement they sent on pickup versus drop off numbers didn’t match and I got texts with typos aka fraudulent threatening to report the car missing and charge me more as well AFTER dropping the car off by the same text number the details had come from.

The car smelled like smoke and was kind of beat up

Car dis not meet expectations. Was not a full size like I thought I was getting. Windshield looked like it had tape on it. 1st. car was worse and had low tire pressure light on so the switch vehicles. Also vehicles were diesel.

The vehicle met my expectations, while not what model I expected I was not disappointed with the vehicle. I received a Nissan Altima which was very fuel efficient and was a nice vehicle

The online rental process went very well and the only issue is the time it takes between completing the initial rental form and waiting to find out if it is accepted.

Reserved a car, tried to give us a minivan. Ended up with a station wagon??? Whats the point of reserving a time and car if u get something totally different?
