at the office where we filled out the paperwork was great. as for the pickup, see above

Lines were a bit long, but there was no hard selling and the staff stayed professional the whole time.

The process is simple and clear.

Huge five-star review for Sicily by Car!!! The staff are very attentive and even upgraded us to an Audi A1 for free. The car was very new, with just over 8000 kilometers. We bought full insurance, and despite many scratches from our road trip, we weren't charged a penny! A hundred thousand thanks! The car pick-up spot is on the underground level 1 of Terminal 1 at the airport. Make sure to pay attention to whether you should go downstairs from the parking garage or the car rental office, as we went around in circles and wasted some time.

Used them for the 3rd time in my life and was once again very pleased with the service and the car. Would not hesitate to use them again. Getting a Fiat 500 was the icing on the cake!

First time I used the platform and got the best pricing and a very good and straightforward service. Will definitely be a top option in the future.

Fantastic value for money and a great car.

Very good price.
