Easy were easy.... Ezu was frustrating

I had to replace an indicator bulb, and the in-car charger did not work

I was happy with the car and price of the hire. It could have been better if the gps i hired wasnt set in chinese and needed to be changed back to english. By the time i was in the car and fitting it the girl behind the counter had already left the building to drop another customer off at the airport so had to wait for her to come back to sort the problem out and the bloke that was there had dissapeared also only reapearing just before the girl at the office returned. It would be good if i could have left earlier. The level of insurance cover to cover all claim excesses turned out to be through a different company to ezu so if i had to make a claim i would still have had to pay a $3000.00 excess and then claim that excess through the other insurance company if something was to happen I would rather have known about this before booking. Anyway the car went well and was fuel efficent and it did'nt give me any problems so I was happy about that.

Overall with Ezu is good. The office location is a bit further from airport which we had to call for pick up. For the car, it’s clean, but it’s in average model, not top.
