Good service but definitely not value for money

I find it very deceiving to book for a vehicle that isn’t even present and the offered ones aren’t at all the same level. How’s a Dodge SUV is similar to Grand Cherokee and when asking for a similar 4X4 I’d to pay extra. Very disappointing really

I originally booked a BMW X5, but they were out, so they upgraded me to a Mercedes GLE 350. It was a brand‑new 2025 model with just over 3,000 miles on it. The car was really well equipped with ventilated and heated seats, adaptive cruise control, and lane centering — overall a great ride.

The vehicle condition was excellent, almost new cars. The service was great. Although the price is high, it is worth the value.
