Overall experience was fantastic and I will go with them in future. I had rent from other companies during my trip to Melbourne and Brisbane and this is the best and in terms of pick up. Nothing can compared to the convenience.

The car was great; no complaints aside from some leftover aged fries beneath the seat. Hidden charges both before and after the trip. Seeking refund took months. Don't forget to keep your receipts and/or take photos to dispute false charges.
