Only moan is at the pick up all the guy did was try to upsell me, infact he added a bunch of stuff to the price without asking, I then spent 30 minutes persuading him to knock it all off item by item...

My cost was listed on my (electronic) invoice once I finished providing my credit card information when I reserved the vehicle via your website. I added a 2nd driver at the counter, (no problem with that cost) however, another $40.00 ++ dollars was added when I picked up the vehicle.

The cost increased at the counter when I picked up the vehicle. $40.00 dollars. I should have argued over the additional cost however, I just paid it and let - it - go as a learning experience. I was disappointed.

The process was very easy, but the cars they had for economy was not the greatest. The first car I got had 40K miles on it and no cruise control. I had to practically beg to get a car with cruise control, which was a Volkswagen Bug, which was fine but not a typical rental vehicle. I'd use them again, but would try to for a higher class car.

Easy peasy, particularly on the app! Great rewards program I hope to use more!
