The company is a big name with no hidden tricks, though the staff kept promoting insurance when picking up the car at the airport. Also, this is my second time renting from Avis in Australia. It seems their online vehicle options are limited, but you usually get a slight upgrade when picking up the car.

The location is easy to find, the service is great, and the staff process quickly. The wait time for the car was about 20 minutes. The car had 55,000 kilometers on it, the exterior wasn't very new, but everything worked fine.
