Great car, and value for money. Close to the airport.

So easy to find cars at the best price.

I was not conveyed by staff that I have to pay $35 in addition to what I have paid up front. I went to drop off the car and I was told that to go to Airport I need to pay $35 or else I need to Walk.

The booking process is so easy and price is very competitive always. This is my third booking in few months. However, It was disappointing that at this time neither Easy Car rental nor Yes Rental told me that there was hidden charge and I have to pay $35 to pay to go to Airport after drop off.

Customer service extremely poor discrepancy over condition of car at pick up discrepancy over drop off no transfers to airport

It would have been much easier if I got the email 3 weeks before about pick up & drop off as I was overseas staying where there was no email or printer.

Wrong address for drop off.

One staff member managing the complete business. Plan for at least an hour for the drop because the same person maybe out for pickup that time. I had to wait very long during drop off. Also make sure each and every mark/scratch is captured. Overall not recommended
