MSY is the worst for Car Rental pick up

The line was actually pretty long—I waited almost 10 minutes before realizing I could just scan the QR code to pick up the car. It cost me about $25 more, but it saved my whole family from waiting around hungry for another hour, so it was totally worth it. I finished everything online, got the parking spot number right away, and then just walked over and drove off.

(A) very rude and unprofessional staff on pickup desk. (B) lied about battery charge status % to be returned (c) booking no where mentioned that EV charger and EV charge cable will.not be provided / optionally chargeable. Would never recommend thrifty company and EV vehicle to anyone for rental . It wasted lot of my time , energy in managing charging and it became the focus of all my planning. Super pathetic experience. All thanks to Thrifty.

I paid for my car in advance and was under the impression nothing else needed to be paid. Upon collecting the vehicle I was given another invoice which was not clearly explained to me. There was a whole lot of items such as additional insurance which I didn't understand and quite frankly didn't need. The sales person simply gave me the invoice and didn't go through what each item meant. After a 16 flight I wasn't in the right frame of mind. It's quite disappointing to say the least, will not use Thrifty again, they are very dishonest.
