空港内のカウンターで受付を済まし外の駐車場まで乗せて連れて行ってもらう初めての体験でした。 返却も同じ場所で借りていた車で空港に送ってくれました。 以前、返却時に空港近くの道路を迷いぐるぐる何周かしましたがグーグルナビのセット位置まで分かりやすく教えてくれるので迷いませんでした。 車両も綺麗で問題ありませんでした。 また利用したいと思います。

Had problem with car battery and car would not start. Checked battery and water level very low. Topped up.with water and had someone jump start us. I called and advised this to Hertz and they said it should be OK now. After this we needed help to start car 3 more times as if ignition was left on for longer than 1 minute or interior light on car would not start even after a 3-4 hour drive.

It's better to let customers know if an international driving license is requried or simply a local (with English) driving license can fit for the purpose.

After we drove off we can feel something not right. So we stopped and check and we found that they didn't check the air pressure at the wheels. The car is 3 years old quite old compared with the other brand.
