Good, but they are extremely picky about cleanliness upon return

Like: Best price I could find
Dislike: Everything was good except how picky you are about the cleanliness of the floors especially since your cars don’t have floor mats. This is Australia and it is normal for some sand to get in the car and claiming that this “destroys the car” is simply ridiculous. You should at least have a small brush at the office for us to clean the car with, because paying a $100 cleaning fee for some specks of sand is preposterous. Also just put some mats on the floor to save everyone frustrations.

“Overcharged and never refunded”

Atlas counter staff had me sign the wrong rental agreement for the car I was hiring, this lead to me being overcharged when I picked up the car. I then mentioned it when I dropped the car back off and was told that the difference will be refunded onto the credit card that I paid with. This never happened. I went an saw them in person about a month later and mentioned it again. I gave them my credit card details and the gentleman told me he will refund it ASAP. Once again, this didn't happen. Very unreliable.

Took me 45 mins to rent a car . The car I had asked for was not available so I was given a small car. The parking is on 9th floor which takes 10 mins more to pick and drop. No after hour service or drop off option

Like: It was my first time to drive in Australia and we had to go from Melbourne to Mildura to visit a family friend. Talk about baptism by fire! Luckily, renting a car from Atlas was stress-free. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. They made our trip possible and one to remember.
