Easy booking, quick pick up and drop off at the airport. Great value for money.

The first car they tried to give me was unacceptable. The stereo and GPS nav was all in Japanese, and the service agent couldn't help me change it. Also there was a strange device near the driver's seat the agent couldn't identify. And the car smelled like old cigarette smoke. My first thought was that it was an employee's car they were trying to give me. Fortunately they gave me another car, and this one worked out fine.

Very easy and clear to use. Great rates.

They will charge you for normal wear and tear and scratches already present on the vehicle. They have a dodgy business model. Don't rent a car from this place.

It’s great value of money, just the car is really old and with Internet cafe smell, I have to open my window all the time. feel like they need to give the seats a quick wash at least once a month or 2.
