Right cars was only interested in selling expensive add ons, would not except insurance info, or cancel and refund monies already paid. Worst experience by far in rental car service

I did not have the opportunity to rent the car, because they never a shuttle to pick up at the airport. When I went to the company the were closed.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.

The staff at the counter was not pleasant and did not listen to me.This is in regards to insurance of the rental car. I am covered by my insurance for rentals in US and Canada. Staff at the desk forced me purchase a policy of $14.00 US per day for 21 days, total of $313.00 US. This is a rip off.The cost of the car was $252.US. All necessary documents was provided. Very bad experience with this company. No more.

You need to ask someone to call the rent a car for them to pick you up. They tell you to use the courtesy phone; but the phone doesn't work.
