Dislike: The cost was nearly $60 more than when we booked. I can only assume that the 10 days it took to come through was because you were waiting for the exchange rate to allow you to charge more.

The process felt like an assembly line; I waited twenty minutes to get the car, and it was still wet. Returning the car took one minute—they just checked the fuel and exterior, then drove it away for washing.

The car rental company was very professional and friendly. However, they did not accept the insurance we purchased domestically. In case of any vehicle accident or scratch, they will directly deduct 5000 AUD for repairs. This is something to be aware of. Fortunately, we didn't encounter any issues, but if something happens, claiming this 5000 AUD through domestic insurance could be very troublesome!
