Stress free money saving fantastic experience!

Easy to find, but they provided a slightly smaller car.

I have rented from ALAMO in Seattle, Los Angeles, and Portland, and also from Thrifty. I found Alamo has more cars, in better condition, and you can choose from the available cars in the lot based on your selected model. Particularly, they have a lot of new cars, which is better than many rental companies. This time, because we had a lot of luggage to bring back home, we followed the staff's suggestion and switched to a 7-seater Chrysler MINI Van. They patiently showed us how to fold the seats and explained various functions of the car. The vehicle was practically new, with only 2 miles on it! When we returned home, the four of us, along with four large suitcases, three medium-sized cases, a 16-inch box, several carry-ons, and a bicycle all fit inside. Back home, it took both a minivan and a sedan to carry all this stuff. It was incredibly practical!

Convenient, many cars available, affordable prices, and new vehicles.

Like: I know I got a great price and I got upgraded to a fantastic car. The staff was friendly and informative.
Dislike: I would book this service again. Rental car lines can always be long. There was only one guy working when i got in line but another lady came in and helped. The wait could have been much longer if there was nobody there to help.
