Quality on a low budget

Both the pick-up and drop-off were very quick. The staff at the store were very friendly, answered questions in detail, and carefully checked the car, explaining the functionalities and button positions.

The representative's service was great, he reminded me of important details, and the car was in good condition.

The car is over than 10 years and the interior is not clear at all. The seat covers have stain. I booked Toyota Yaris while they offered Honda Fit to me

Great Rentals is totally run by chinese people, who in large only speak in chinese, our pick up driver had very little understanding of english and this made it very difficult when explaining we were on a tight schedule and needed to be taken to our car rental straight away, I had called the office the day before to explain that we had to be in the cbd for an appointment within an hour of arriving. The only language spoken in the office was chinese and maybe one or two staff had adequate english to deal with queries, so to sum up. Great price and car was as ordered, adequate pick up and drop off at airport but needs to be faster and drivers needs to speak english, office staff need to be better trained in customer service and only speak english when customer are present, this would be my reason for not booking again.
