Good rentcar

no person at check in. had to flag down another employee to find checkin. but not around so person decided to take car in. i did not like them charging deposit when renting. thrifty would just put a hold for deposit. i still have not got back my deposit!!!!!!!!

The drop off person at the airport was very nice and gave great customer service.

It took us 2 hours and 20 minutes to get our car picked up. We stood in line for 2 hours. It was horrible.

Like: the rate I got was a great rate!
Dislike: I had picked up my car at around 1030pm and the lights in the parking lot where my car was parked were out making my pick up very dark. I had to use my phone for light to look over the car and was not happy about that.

Like: In the parking garage, there was no wait and we were able to get the keys immediately and start our vacation!
Dislike: The wait to pick up the car in the terminal was long. The person waiting on us, was also on her cell phone, while serving us. The car had lots of small dings and scratches where it had hit things and the paint had chipped off. On the form the attendant gave us in the parking garage, none of these were checked off and should have been. When I told the attendant that there were many dings and scratches, she just told me to mark them off on the diagram but she should have really come out of the booth since she was not serving any customers at that point, and should have gone over the condition of the car with us.
