The pick up and drop off was dismal

Had to accept a different car or wait. They just moved in to facility the day before. I already told you the staff was good b.

Like: We picked up this little subcompact car for under $30/day plus tax by surfing the price down over time. The car only had 14,000 miles on it and was in pretty good shape. Just right for the island. We mostly used it to zip around. The check-in was efficient and the check out was speedy.
Dislike: Two things stand out. First, the rental lot is off-airport and the shuttle van is not as consistent as the bigger named rentals. I ended up taking an Uber, but should have waited. The car was small, but that is what I signed up for.

Brand new car (less than 400miles on the odometer). Great car. Roomy. Quiet. Good fuel economy.

The pick up process took a while, it seemed they had to input all info into computer, when I had done it previously on line.

Had the self serve machines which made it quick and easy.choice of car and colour,the kids like that. All too easy Perfect

The check in was a bit slow but was able to easily extend my rental by two days. Location is easy to find and was a fairly easy pickup process.

I was a little nervous at first because this is a new company to book with. They were easy to communicate with and would use QEEQ again.

Payless made the process very easy.

no person at check in. had to flag down another employee to find checkin. but not around so person decided to take car in. i did not like them charging deposit when renting. thrifty would just put a hold for deposit. i still have not got back my deposit!!!!!!!!

Car was perfect! Pick up was on-site at the airport. The line was really slow due to only two people working, but the staff member I worked with was excellent and efficient. Drop off was super easy.

It was all seamless for me. Much better than 3rd party companies like Expedia. Great experience overall.

Was supposed to be a jetta and it was another car. Only had 3 options of the same véhicule..

After getting the car, we notice that the air conditioner wasn't working properly and exchanged with no problem. Fast and efficient people made that exchange easy. Thank you.

The queue to pick up our car was over an hour wait. The staff at the counter were not friendly at all, very pushy on up selling insurance despite having full cover already - they use scaremongering tactics. Also they tried to give us a smaller/cheaper car than we booked. After I complained and showed my booking confirmation, they finally honoured what I paid for but told me it was technically an “upgrade”. Would pay the extra money and hire a car from a more reputable company so you can at least relax and make the most of your vacation in Maui, not worry about whether you’re going to get stung with Advantage additional charges on return!
