The owner is friendly, and the pick-up and drop-off procedures are very quick.

The service was absolutely five stars. They contacted me several days in advance to inform me of all the necessary and important details about picking up the car. They were extremely patient in answering all my questions (even those unrelated to car rental). On the day of pickup, I arrived at the rental office a bit earlier than scheduled, and they immediately started the procedures without making me wait. They carefully explained the terms that renters usually overlook. Very attentive.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only criticism was that the car entertainment system was in another language as it was an imported car. We were unable to play the radio or Bluetooth our phones to play music. GPS was also unusable. It was a lovely car in all other ways though.

Glad I went with this small company. No charge for adding a second driver. The staff was extremely quick to respond to my emails and pick up and drop off was quick and simple. Prices were very reasonable and got really great personalized service you won't find with the larger rental companies. The car was relatively low mileage and good condition.
