Keith made the pickup process so fast and efficient. He answered all my questions succinctly and was the epitome of great guest satisfaction. Very personable and helpful in regards to changing my time to a little later than scheduled. As for drop off, it was a bit disconcerting because there was only one attendant and he was not there when I arrived. He finally did pull up and parked another car and readily scanned the rental car. I cannot imagine if there was a queue and if I came during a busier time. I would hate to be waiting in limbo if I were running late.

I didn't use price drop and in my haste wished that I had opted for it.

Fox made me sign a no damage page before looking at the vehicle. The woman at the counter told me I had to sign to find out which car I would be getting. The car was drastically out of alignment and kept pulling to the right. while it was a newer SUV, I requested a full size car and they said none were available.

Easyrentcars.com was great. Think they need to check who they are using though.

The car was dirty and had multiple damaged areas on the exterior. I am glad I took the time to inspect it before I left and fill out the paperwork properly because they thought I caused damage upon return. I also believe they try and up sell the tolls and insurance too much without much information to the consumer.

Booking was easy and I will use Easyrentcars for my trips from now on.

Waited LONG time at check in counter. Only 2 desks open with long line, and each check in way too long - 19 mins per on average!
