GPS they rented me didn't have all the parts. No suction window cap mount so it was very inconvenient and not safe and thety charged for it 9.99 a day.GPS NEED UPDATING Otherwise everything great.

The company hold $500 from me and gave me the reason that in case I got any speeding tickets then they will adjust. After two days they still didn't release the holds. Which is very annoying.

The car was booked and paid for prior to the pick up. When I got there they had no record of the booking in their system. The service lady resolved the discrepancy satisfactorily. This was the second time in 3 months I used Routes and I used it the second time because of very good experience the first time and I would use them again.
