Car needed service

The car I originally booked was too small, as I needed more space for my kids' school luggage. The staff offered me a larger car option for an additional 190 dollars in total for 16 days, which I accepted. It was a new replacement.

The service attitude was great, very enthusiastic and attentive. There was a car to pick us up from the cruise terminal to the store. The only downside is the rental shop closes a bit early, at 6 PM. Although they allow drop-off returns, we were concerned about potential unresolved damages, so we returned the car early. If you drop off the car after hours, the store's shuttle is not available, but the staff can help you book a taxi in advance, which is quite thoughtful.

The rental location is very close to the hotel, just a 10-minute walk. There were not many customers in the morning. We originally booked a Dodge 7-seater, but we got upgraded to a newer and more comfortable Toyota Sienna. The paperwork was simple and took only 15 minutes. The return location at the airport offers 24-hour service, and the return process was even faster. The inspection was done in less than 5 minutes, and the staff confirmed everything was OK. Additionally, a driver took us back to our hotel, which was very considerate!

Great

Like: I rented a Nissan for three days & midst a small heatwave wound up delighted. Air conditioner worked GREAT. The car's brakes were perfect; the smaller steering wheel was a delight. I turned down a black car & got lovely blue.
Dislike: The thought of driving a black car in any hot weather seems a nightmare.
