Awesome and not stressful!

Car was great once I got through the long wait line to pick up my automobile. It took much longer than other car rental companies.

Long wait in location to pick up the car. Tried to sell me Ezpass or equivalent in which I really did not need. I think I asked them about it so it may be my fault but if they say you need a more powerful car don't listen to them. However the actual car I got and the price I paid was amazing and that is what matters the most, car drove well no problem with it whatsoever aka. did not impair my vacation expect the long wait as location. Also easy drop off and fast shuttle back the airport.

Saved me money on a coupon.

Like: I received a upgraded vehicle and was able to fit all my grandkids in it
Dislike: It took over 2 1/2 hours to checkout

Like: When I finally got a clean car, it was a good value.
Dislike: There was a long line, the staff weren’t friendly and the first car I was givien was dirty inside and out. The seats were stained, there were several dents and scratches.

Like: Syed was extremely friendly and professional.. Great service!
Dislike: Crack in the windshield from the hailstorm the day before we picked up the car.
