Excellent Car Rental Experience

The staff’s authentic Beijing accent felt very familiar and friendly in a foreign country. They had a great attitude, provided proactive pickup and drop-off services, and the rental process was smooth and efficient. They even provided extras like a charger and phone holder which were not included in the rental information. The car was in great condition. When a problem arose with the vehicle, the customer service lady was very kind and capable, and she looked very professional in person.

Ther staff were very helpful

Surprising good quality of the vehicle given the price. When we picked up the car, the guy took about 20 photos of the car including the inside, seemed excessive. When we brought it back, they wouldn't give me a receipt and the whole process of returning it seemed a bit sketchy, but hard to beat the price we paid.

Receive a scratch car

Couldn't believe the value for money, kept waiting for there to be a catch, but there wasn't any! Great car, great service, would definitely recommend!

Easy booking process, car was exactly as described and performed perfectly adequately. A genuine bargain.
