Nice car probably the best thus far of all car rental companies I've tried.

Very satisfied, but there was only one staff member, so the car pickup process took some time.

The overall service was excellent. They explained the basics of operating the car, how to open the fuel cap, which type of fuel to use, the exact location of the return office, and who to contact and what to do in case of an accident. Everything was thoroughly explained. The car was spotlessly cleaned, both exterior and interior. The vehicle's mileage was around 27,000 kilometers, which was reasonable, and the engine power was sufficient.

The staff were enthusiastic and professional, and the return process was convenient and straightforward.

The service was acceptable and the staff were friendly, but their English was not very fluent. The on-site deposit is 1000 MYR, and it's best to have cash on hand to buy a Touch 'n Go card for highway tolls and some parking fees. You can purchase the card with cash at the rental site, but only cash is accepted!

Although waited quite a while to get the car, their customer services is still good.
